The PocketChem BG PG-7320, due to go on sale from ARKRAY, Inc. (herein, ’ARKRAY’), is a new in-hospital glucose analyzer with easy operation.
It can be used for rapid glucose measurement and obtain highly-reliable measurement results as an POCT* device. It comes equipped with a barcode reader that reads patient ID, measurer ID and sensor ID, reducing the possibility of data mix-up. It can transmit measurement results quickly to electronic charts, cutting hassle and time for medical professionals and preventing manual entry mistakes/omission. The device will contribute to centrally control measurement results and improve efficiency of work in the medical field.

The PocketChem BG PG-7320 has just received the Good Design Award 2014 (G Mark) organized by Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP) today (1 October).

ARKRAY will continue to develop products that meet the wide-ranging needs within the medical field.
